The Online Practice list receives your first name, email, primary practice goal, practice experience, preferred format and length, available equipment, time zone, source page, and any UTM campaign or referral attribution supplied with the visit. The workplace inquiry receives your name, work email, company, Manhattan neighborhood or ZIP, and program interest. It can also receive optional role, headcount, schedule, room, equipment, launch-timing, and planning context that you choose to add.

Validated workplace inquiry fields are sent to the owner-approved email or CRM webhook configured for the site. Booking details, payment information, and session intake are handled by the external providers identified at the point of use.

The website does not retain a private-session home address, medical history, waiver response, or payment-card number. The Manhattan ZIP check provides service-area guidance without asking for a full address.

Cal.com manages scheduling and appointment questions. Stripe processes payments. Kit manages Online Practice subscriptions. Workplace inquiries are sent only to the owner-approved provider configured for the site. Each provider applies its own privacy terms when you use its service.

PostHog, Google Analytics, and similar marketing attribution tools may be used to understand site use and marketing attribution. Non-essential analytics remain off unless you give the relevant consent. Declining analytics does not restrict booking, contact, payment, or waitlist access.

Analytics events exclude home addresses, health considerations, waiver responses, and other private intake information.

You can unsubscribe from Online Practice email through the link in any message. For questions about access, correction, deletion, retention, or another privacy right, use the business contact method shown in the site footer. Service providers retain information under their own published terms.
